About me

I'm a (somewhat eccentric) 31-year old guy from the Netherlands. In everyday life I work as a software developer for a company in the eHealth industry. Before that I was the senior software developer for the internet department of a well known Dutch hotel chain.

Music is definitely a passion for me. Mostly limited to listening since I haven't gotten around to learning any instruments yet, though I would like to change that sometime. I have the distinct feeling I'm incredibly untalented at it, but what the heck :) I like going to concerts whenever I get the chance..

If I ever finish my way-too-ambitious-for-the-time-I-want-to-spend-on-it home-made picture gallery, I might actually post some concert and other photos on this page.

Social networking

For the longest time I refused to make a profile on any of the well known social network sites. Eventually I succumbed to my weakness.
First MySpace (because bands use it a lot), LinkedIn and then Facebook. Eventually I even made a Hyves account (mostly popular in the Netherlands). I've had a Last.fm profile for some time as well (that's actually the first I got).
